E-book delivery

E-books are digital products and are not shipped. After your payment is confirmed, your e-book is delivered by email, usually within 1 business day. No shipping charges apply to e-books.

Processing time

Paperback orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Paperbacks are shipped from Mississauga, Ontario via Canada Post. Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Canada: approximately 3-7 business days
United States: approximately 5-10 business days
International: approximately 7-21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

International orders

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs.
